Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation is about bringing our attention to the present moment and befriending our own minds. This healing practice allows us to use experiences in our lives more fully. We will practice anchoring our awareness on what is happening right now, just as it is and accepting without judgement. Mindful practice helps us along our journey, acting as a beacon guiding us to stay the course as we set intentions and focus on our ideals while we discover our best and highest selves. This practice can help shift us out of unwanted habits and emotional patterns so we can respond to ourselves, to people and to situations more intentionally. Intentional Cafe offers individual mindfulness meditation instruction, as well as mindfulness meditation workshops for your group or organization.
